Sean Cooper

I am from County Kildare in Ireland. I am incredibly thankful to be a part of Godolphin Flying Start programme. I hope to learn as much as possible about the global thoroughbred breeding and racing industry over the next two years. Although admiration of the thoroughbred was what first attracted me to the industry, I appreciate that it is dependent on those that work in it, and I am greatly looking forward to meeting many of its leaders in the different stages of the course. I have worked at Klawervlei Stud in South Africa and am a graduate of the Irish National Stud breeding course. Most recently I worked for Tattersalls in Newmarket. Over the next two years, I am aiming to develop my skills in order to work as a bloodstock agent or in sales.
