I am from County Kildare, Ireland. From an early age I had a keen interest in horses and having achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science at University College Dublin, my passion for the Thoroughbred industry drove me to pursue a full-time career in this sector. I gained experience in Newtown Stud in Kildare before completing The Irish National Stud Thoroughbred Breeding Management Course. More recently , I worked at Segenhoe Stud, Australia. I am very grateful and excited to be selected for this programme. The knowledge, friendships and contacts made over the next two years will provide new horizons and prove hugely beneficial to my role as a future leader in the Thoroughbred industry.
