USA Alumni Conference 2017

The Godolphin Flying Start USA Alumni Conference will be held on Friday, April 7th at the 21c Hotel in Lexington, Kentucky. After input from many of our graduates,  the conference will focus on the theme of Masterclass: People and Power. Delegate registration opened on March 1st and will close on March 15th.

We have some wonderful speakers and panels lined up for the day, and will top it off with the Alumni Awards Ceremony and dinner. The two awards are for Leadership Excellence and Business Excellence which will be voted upon by our 142 graduates located all over the world.

The Leadership Excellence Award is for a Flying Start graduate who has proven leadership skills. Business owners, managers and non-managers may possess strong leadership and are eligible. A strong leader demonstrates a unique ability to build and articulate a vision, inspires collaboration and co-operation in others, and implements strategies and change.  Leaders often act as role models or mentors. They act with personal integrity, helping others to succeed, leading change in an industry or community and challenging the status quo. They set high standards for themselves and others, communicate powerfully and give honest, constructive feedback.
