She was the first non-Japanese to join the yearling team of Northern Farm, Japan and developed a passion and interest for this market, with the support of Mr Katsumi Yoshida. She also worked along Dr John McVeigh at the European yearling sales, and for his Newmarket-based veterinary practice and also worked at Con Marnane’s Bansha House stables for the breeze-up sales.
“Godolphin Flying Start is the opportunity to succeed some of the best professionals in the industry. The support of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed towards the young generation is proof of his dedication to the racing industry. In this global industry, it is essential to act and think accordingly to the contemporary needs and ambitions, and I expect to learn from every market I will have the chance to discover. To me, Japan is a key player in the future, and I hope to be part of this change. Outside of racing, I am interested in history, cinema, tennis and gastronomy.“
