Jordyn Egan


Jordyn Egan (formerly Brand) is the Director of Special Projects at the Maryland Horse Breeders Association a position she has held since September 2013. Jordyn’s day-to-day duties include managing the growth of fundraising efforts for the Maryland Horse Industry Foundation—the charitable arm of the MHBA; assisting with coordination of the Maryland Million raceday, and developing new educational initiatives to increase awareness about Maryland’s breeding and racing industry throughout the state. Immediately after graduating Godolphin Flying Start Jordyn took up the role of Assistant to Darley America President Jimmy Bell, where her duties included tracking Darley USA’s horses- in-training, attending race meetings and creating an annual report for the racing department documenting horse performances and details. In August 2012 Jordyn relocated from Lexington to Delaware where she completed an MBA before taking up her current role.
