Amy Lanigan

Upon graduating Godolphin Flying Start, Amy Oberhauser (now Lanigan) took up a role at Darley’s Dalham Hall Stud in the marketing department, where she assisted with research for stallion marketing. In 2008 she became Racing Secretary to her husband, David Lanigan, who had gone out on his own as a trainer the previous year. Since then, as well as, supporting the training operation Amy developed her own photography business with many of the UK and Ireland’s biggest Thoroughbred Industry clients on her books including; Darley, Coolmore, Shadwell, Cheveley Park Stud, Watership Down Stud, Tally-Ho Stud, Tattersalls, Hazelwood Bloodstock and Whatton Manor. In 2020, Amy and her family moved to Versailles, Kentucky where she continues to offer a variety of equine photography services, from stallion photography to yearling conformation photos and videos.
